We are pleased to offer our online customers FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. All orders shipped outside the US will include a $35 shipping & handling fee. Although most orders are processed and delivered within 10 business days, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

Upon receipt of a Keeler Sound product, customers should contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to report a damaged or defective product. A damaged or defective product may be returned and exchanged for the same or a like product. Please call the Keeler Sound Customer Care line at 310-803-6298 for a Return Authorization Number. Once that has been obtained, the product must be packaged in its original packaging, with the Return Authorization Number and a copy of the original sales receipt and returned to Keeler Sound Customer Care (located at 1450 W. 228th Street, STE 30, Torrance, CA 90501).

All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging or scraping and include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. (if applicable).

WHAT IF I AM SIMPLY NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT AND WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or exchange it for the same or a like product within 30 days from date of purchase. We will issue a prepaid shipping label utilizing our competitive shipping rates. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from your overall credit or refund. 

All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging or scraping and include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. (if applicable). Returned items that have visible signs of wear or damage are not eligible for a refund.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Note: All returns require a prior authorization from Keeler Sound and a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned to Keeler Sound without a valid RA number will be returned to you.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

1. Call Keeler Sound Customer Care at (310) 803-6298 or email customercare@keelersound.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Enclose or attach a copy of the receipt as evidence of the date of purchase with your name and contact information and an explanation for the reason for the return.
3. Keeler Sound technicians will determine whether the item is covered by warranty or if it instead has been damaged by improper customer installation or other causes not related to defects in material or workmanship.
4. Warranty repairs or replacements will be sent automatically free of charge.
5. If Keeler Sound determines the item is not covered by warranty, we will notify you of the repair or replacement cost and wait for your authorization to proceed.
6. With the product in its original packaging and a protective carton or mailer, return the product to us at:

Keeler Sound will process refunds within 7–10 business days of receiving and processing the returned item(s). Credit may not appear on your statement until your next billing cycle. Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. You will be issued a refund for items that are no longer available or for which there is no satisfactory replacement.

BACK ORDERS

If the item is on backorder, you will be notified regarding the approximate ship date when you place the order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders can be placed through our online store at www.keelersound.com. Taxes (if applicable) and shipping will be applied at checkout.

PRICING, PAYMENT & SALES TAX

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards for online purchases.

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. California residents are required to pay sales tax for online orders at the relevant County sales tax rate. Sales tax is calculated and applied to your order during the checkout process.
